Hocking College Fashion Design and Retail Merchandising’s 2 year program provides students with a pathway to the vast fashion and retail industry. The program is strategically designed to deliver technical apparel development training, valuable product development and consumer research experience, entrepreneurial retail expertise, and industry-specific technology training necessary to succeed in the fashion industry now and in the future.
FASHION DESIGN
CCAD Fashion Design’s 4 year program provides innovative programming & a rich understanding of the business of fashion so students can successfully create wearable art with purpose. Students actively contribute to some of the largest and most creative fashion brands in the world as Columbus offers a fashion forward backdrop for their ever-evolving design work.
FASHION & RETAIL STUDIES
OSU Fashion & Retail Studies’ 4 year program provides students with unique opportunities for careers in industries that provide goods and services, ranging from financial planners to merchandisers in retail or wholesale settings to hotel and restaurant managers. The department’s programs encompass product and service knowledge; the study of people who produce and distribute products and services, as well as the study of the people who use them; and the processes involved from conception to consumption. Programs in the department focus on enhancing consumer, individual and family well-being.
